On December 2nd 2011 the Virginia Board of Medicine based on Findings of Fact and Conclusion of Law ordered tha David B. Holt, M.D. is hereby restricted from prescribing, administering or dispensing Schedule II-V controlled substances. This restriction was lifted on Sept 21, 2015 an my license is full and unrestricted.
