Suspension of License due to reprimand from Virginia.I had PA License only when I was in training in PA(1979-80) and it expired automatically when I didn't renew after I left PA 37 yrs ago.I never submitted renewal application and I never sent renewal fee to PA Board after I left PA.I received inquiry this year from PA Board regarding details of Va Board action in 2014 and I didn't respond because I found no legal duty to respond to that agency which doesn't have any jurisdiction or binding authority on me after my License expired 37yrs ago, just like PA DMV has no jurisdiction after my PA Dri
