Action Taken: Dr. Michael K. Caulkins, (Department of Family Practice), secretary of the executive committee of the medical staff of Lynchburg General and Virginia Baptist Hospitals, sent a certified letter to me suspending admitting privileges for one week during 1989 because of having incomplete dictations on patients who had already been treated and discharged from the hospital.
