Action Taken: Shortly after action taken by Virginia Board of Medicine, similar action was taken against my license in District of Columbia by reciprocity. On October 4 2013 , my District of Columbia Medical License was summary suspended. A Consent Order dated Dec 29, 2014 suspended my license for 18 months from October 4, 2013 until April 4, 2015. My license to practice medicine In D.C. was returned to me in April of 2015 except for Schedules II, III and IV Prescriptions .

Action Taken: Shortly after the action taken by Virginia Board of Medicine, similar action was taken against my license in Maryland by reciprocity. On November 25, 2013, The Maryland Board of Physicians entered a Consent Agreement states that Dr Yu's license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland is summarily suspended until such time as his license is reinstated by the Virginia Board of Medicine. Details please referr to Maryland Board of Physicians Physician Portal. My license to practice in Maryland was returned to me in March of 2015 except for Schedules II, III, and IV Prescriptions.

Action Taken: In August of 2013, Administrative Proceedings were filed against me by the Virginia Board of Medicine, leading to a Consent Order dated September 25, 2014, and a suspension of my license to practice in that jurisdiction for 18 months until March, 2015.
