I met with the Virginia board of Medicine in January of 2014. I was reprimanded after I was hired to fill in for a pain clinic that was under severe scrutiny. My reprimand was based on me seeing established patient during a 13 hour day. These patients

The Virginia Board of Medicine decided to reprimand me, and I fufilled their reprimand and was given a letter of good standing in July of 2014

Surrender of Medical License: I surrender my license on this day on the advice of my Attorney when this board wanted "ridiculous" discipline after the state of Virginia had reprimanded me in January of 2014. I therefore surrender my license after our state had reprimanded me.
