Practitioner has had an action taken by healthcare institutions, other practitioners, insurance companies, health maintenance organizations or professional organizations that resulted in a suspension or revocation of privileges or the termination of employment
Date: 2003
Entity Taking Action: Virginia Hospital Center-Arlington
Action Taken: Suspension of clinical privileges undertaken in bad faith and malice.
Date: 2004
Entity Taking Action: Virginia Hospital Center-Arlington
Action Taken: Alleged revocation of my appointment to the medical staff was effectuated maliciously and fraudulently, without the required vote by the Hospital Board, after documents were doctored under the directives of James Cole, CEO of the Hospital, and Drs. Archie McPherson, Talal Munasifi, Anthony Casolaro, Yorke Allen, Steven Zimmet & Frank McGrath, after I blew the whistle on criminal actions they were committing with the aid of the Hospital attorney David Florin. The Virginia Board of Medicine exonerated me.
