In September 2014, my employment at Sycamore Shoals Hospital was terminated for reasons involving alchohol abuse. I have since completed a program of rehabilitation and am in full compliance with my monitoring contract with the Tennessee Medical Foundation. Since May 2015, I have resumed full time employment as an emergency medicine physician in Tennessee.
