Action Taken: On 7/8/16, the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure opened an INVESTIGATION in response to the WI Final Decision and Order for Remedial Education issued on 6/5/16, (underlying matter is Eversole case) and requested additional information. The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure then concluded its investigation on 10/20/16, and a COMPLAINT was filed on 12/16/16. After a final hearing, on 3/20/17, the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure issued DISCIPLINE in the form of a FINAL ORDER. My license was not restricted or otherwise affected in any way.
