Action Taken: On October 10,2007, the Ohio State Medical Board approved my request for a permanent withdrawl of my application for medical licensure pending investigation of an unproven allegation that I had earlier performed telemedicine services for Ohio residents. As a result of the Ohio action, a prosecutor for the Medical Board of Pa. filed a reciprocal action for which a negotiated settlement providing for a monetary penalty only, was arrived at after it was found that no telemedicine statutes were violated
