voluntarily temporary relinquish OB anesthesia privileges
Action Taken:
In 2005 I voluntarily temporary relinquished my OB anesthesia privileges until I get refresher training in OB anesthesia. After my course my privileges were reinstated and that was acknowledged by Rhode Island Medical Board of Health which found no unprofessional conduct or any violation of my practice.
