On October 5, 2020 the Maryland Board of Physicians adopted a consent order resolving Dr. Joyner's renewal of his medical license from 2018. The Board imposed a reprimand and required payment of a civil penalty of $500.00 for failure to timely comply with Maryland's requirement to submit fingerprints for a criminal history check in connection with the renewal of medical license. I have fully complied with the terms of the Consent Order
