Action Taken: On July 27, 2022 the Board and Dr. Smith entered into a Consent Order which publicly reprimanded Dr. Smith based upon disciplinary action taken against his Tennessee medical license pursuant to a November 3, 2021 Consent Order with the Tennessee Medical Board. The Tennessee Order disciplined Dr. Smith for unprofessional conduct that occurred in 2010-2014.
