Action Taken: Action Vacated - License cleared. My Illinois license was suspended due to unpaid taxes which I did not owe and of which I had no knowledge. I paid a tax liability in 2007 for taxes in 1990 which I did not owe as I did not live in Illinois. However, the Illinois Department of Revenue never notified me of the filing fee in 2007, and I was not notified of a tax liability in 2018, as the notifications were sent to an address in Tennessee. However, due to notification from the state of Virginia, I have paid the unpaid filing fee with interest. The state of Illinois immediately made my license clea
