I had my medical license suspended after a drinking and driving incident which occurred on February 8th, 2015. I subsequently had my ME medical license reinstated. I disclosed all go this information when I applied for a VA medical license.

Temporary license suspension following an OUI on 2/8/2015. I also had temporary suspension of my DEA license. Both have been fully restored. My ability to participate in governmental payor programs was also temporarily suspended. I now have unrestricted medical licenses in VA, NY, and MA. All of this information has been previously disclosed to the VA board of medicine. There no new infractions to report
